NOW CHANG NEEDS OUR HELP!

"Chang" was found in an area of rural Louisiana know as a "dumping ground" for unwanted dogs. A kind woman has provided him with a temporary shelter, but she cannot keep him for long. Says Jackie:
"A Shar-Pei has shown up and seems to be a nice, sweet dog. Unfortunately, I cannot adopt him and the animal shelter here is not a place for a nice dog like this. Can you help find a home?"
